People are still trying to force teamfights endlessly like rabid dogs.

So as Aatrox, I ended up getting fed in lane. And I pushed my entire lane to the hilt. And bot lane. And I attracted the bitter ire of literally everyone in the game, enemy and "ally" alike.

I also got reported by everyone. Why? Because bot lane floundered HARD, no one was pushing, OR defending, OR going for objectives, OR doing anything. They all grouped mid and fucking STOOD there while I was being chased around the map by the entire enemy team, forcing them to burn every summoner spell and ult they had while everyone on my team was trying to rally everyone to report me because I refused to teamfight. They fed the ENTIRE ENEMY FUCKING TEAM. We had absolutely NO business trying to teamfight, especially because THEY had tanks, and crowd control, AND range, AND magic damage, AND they were miles ahead because no one was paying attention to anything.

And I took the blame for all of it. That our bot lane sucked, that our jungler sucked, that our mid lane sucked, that nobody wanted to push or do ANYTHING despite me distracting the entire enemy team for minutes at a time, that Blitz didn't build a sightstone (almost built it myself because I can barely trust fucking anyone these days), that the enemy started to just focus me and me alone.

The fucking idiots down here in Silver league are like rabid fucking inbred mongrels, constantly spamming "group" as if it's the one ultimate winning fucking tactic that will always work in their favor, even if all the realities would say otherwise, even if it is the absolute dumbest possible thing to do, the one and ONLY thing anyone ever can think of to do is teamfight. Endlessly. Nobody does anything fucking else, and then they have the balls to blame me for every fucking godawful mistake they do.

I am beyond fucking sick and tired of it.

People with the strategic brillance of peaches should not try to force teamfights, at all.

Easier said than done with this game - unless you actually have a RL friend online with you at the same time and he/she knows what they are doing. Quite often, the people you find online who want to group are none, if any, of the above.

(Not being sarcastic, I know your pain. It's cringey)

I geuss start playing champs that are oriented towards team fighting then. At least that way you have the benefit of working with your team instead of fighting against them.

Then you can get rolled even harder as you rely on your bad team.

That's why I started maining jungle haha. I get to call objectives, assist lanes I want, push/farm lanes, build sight stone or get a item 3364 if I want. Generally I play bruiser jungles so I do damage but can also build tanky. I usually get to initiate fights so If I am not around the team will wait for me to engage so I can get another lane split pushing before a fight breaks out.

Got good at carring in silver, now working on my play to try and do the same thing in gold. Variance in teammates skill is annoying but just have to roll with what you have.

I think a big part of this game is being able to adapt quickly. If you can recognize what allies you can count on or what enemies you can take advantage of it helps a lot. If i know my bot lane fed the enemy and then I see my adc is complete garbage I know I can't count on them carrying team fights and have to adjust accordingly. If I notice I have a strong adc or other teammate I will focus on keeping them alive.

That's exactly why so much of the community of LoL e-sports viewers liked the changed made to towers to prevent laneswaps: they want to see standard bullshit. They think the only merit in League is playing by "the rules" known as the meta, a concept they have little idea as to why it exists and how little it actually has to do with winning at their skill level.

That's why "clown fiesta" has become a term that accurately describes a good 75% of the gameplay seen in anything below low Platinum: teamfights occur for basically no strategic reason other than WE HAVE TO FIGHT NOW BECAUSE STRATEGY IS BORING.

welcome to silver where you can be blamed for everything, and fucked over for no reason.

You can't simply expect logic from anyone you get in your team. DrMundo feed?better cry about nerfs instead of getting item 3123 . They all died and the inhib is free?nah better get back at farming jungle.

Honestly, I just took advantage of Silver players just constantly grouping last season.

I played mostly Ziggs (Mid), Varus (ADC), and Gragas (Jungle) since they excelled in those situations and could waveclear extremely well (preventing the enemy team from pushing anything) while having the CC to catch them out.

Adapt or suffer, I guess. Your champion is the only one you can control, after all.

Silver players have no understanding of split-pushing unless you tell them EXACTLY what your are doing prior doing it and while you are doing it.

Most Gold players do understand it, but every now and then they will not.

People hate winning without teamfighting. HATE it.
