Right now she is seeing a lot of play in pro, but she isn't banned. This is where champions should be. This is what should be defined as balanced.
Yes I know normal ranked games are different, but just try and take her as a good example. She isn't perfect, but she's damn near close in comparison to so many other champions.

Much like Jayce, but easier to master. I think basing champion balancing based on competitive play and ban rate is a downright terrible idea.
