The stupid thing about Teemo is he does tons of damage even when not fed

Look at my last game. Our Teemo fed his @ss off (1 and 15), but somehow he managed to do more damage than everyone on our team. Teemo should not be doing this type of damage when he doesn't even have that many kills. If you look at the graph from my last game he also has the least amount of gold (actually Gnar technically has the least but only by 41 gold, which is almost nothing).

Teemos damage numbers are always inflated because of shrooms. Just because he has the highest damage in a game, doesn't mean the damage was at all meaningful.

That's bullsh*t. Damage is always meaningful. Even if he doesn't get a kill, he can get an assist or at the very least force a potion, recall, etc.

If the entire enemy team is on the other side of the map / dead, and you step on a teemo mushroom and heal up before getting into any sort of fight, it's useless damage. Any time someone steps on a mushroom without it forcing a recall, getting an assist, or getting a kill, it's not particularly useful.

And mid-late game, when does stepping on a shroom not force a recall? With about 100 MR, each Shroom is at least 1/3 of your HP.

Did you even read the OP? This Teemo wasn't even fed. He had less gold than everyone on my team, and he'd been feeding all game. Why should a Teemo who feeds his @ss off all game have access to this kind of damage?

Because it's useless damage that's just padding his damage numbers

There is no such thing as "useless damage".
