Its literally just 12 seconds of invulnerability and bonus damage.
The only way I have dealt with it is rely on the 60% chance that I get to ban her.
Edit: For you idiots, the invulnerability was an exaggeration, since there is no way of making an invisible unit targetable to anything but AoE anymore.

Ok what? First of all, it's only 12 seconds at lvl 16. Also, assuming Vayne tumbles the moment her Q comes of CD and stays in stealth for the full second (which is a horrible strategy), she can only stay in Invis for a total of 4 seconds.
Finally, invulnerability? If you're gonna troll with your post, at least post something not completely stupid.

It's still a massive help. Being able to track where they go is a pretty strong tool.
