Q: 5+(1+Fiora's Level) in magic damage and heals for 1+ Fiora's Level. W: 30 second cd at all ranks now slows enemies by 10/11/12/13/14% and roots Fiora, while rooted she takes full damage from all enemies. E: 15 seconds at all ranks, lowers Fiora's Fiora's Attack Speed by 50% and deals 70% reduced damage R: Highlights enemies for .8 seconds and applies 4x Passive, no wait you idiots would still complain thats too long.
These are the only changes i can see that would make people on the boards satisfied, seriously all you guys do is complain without trying to play against her, shes not that bad.
