Are there any High Elo Rengar players that can help me?

I'm having trouble closing out my games, so I was wondering if there were any players out there who would be kind enough to go through some of my Replay.gg games. My latest game is a good example of what I'm talking about, I get fed early but I just can't bring the game to a succinct close and I'd be happy if someone could give me some advice.
