I feel ya, I picked her up recently but she's so much fun to play. Thing is, whenever I lose I don't feel like it is because of a skill difference, but just because she's weak.

the reason i do not play elise is becuase ever since they nerfed her rappel into only going to the edge instead of like every single other single targeted spell in the game, like she had used to be able to do

Akali (lower energy cost or a return on E is all she needs imo) Syndra (Please try to find what causes the E bug; it's still pretty bad) Kayle (Maybe buff her E ratio, or make W scale with AD?) KogMaw (Slightly buff base damage on R; or maybe just the ap ratio; I want to play AP Kog) MissFortune (needs some scaling tweaks) Soraka (Make her W scale in reverse for %health needed. Maybe something like 10%/9%/8%/7%/6%? )

I disagree on AP Kog buffs! He's late-game! I can give tips if you want?

I don't believe Kass and syndra need buffs. I think they are still viable, just hard to fit in due to the tank meta right now.

Just his lanning phase. I used to love playing lane Fiddles, now it's pointless to try and make it work consistently.

I'd like a slightly more relevant Azir . I hope they won't nerf to death Cassiopeia , as it seems they are doing. I look forward to the rework of Gangplank , who's been in the shadow for too long. Taric 's in the same spot as GP.

Azir is more or less "Let me farm and i carry" or "I feed and become a nuisance in team fights"

I think his mid-game is too weak right now. His late-game is still godlike but it's harder to get fed.

Yeah, I'd like MissFortune buffs too.
