Dark Seal vs Adaptive Stats and Champion Select Sorting

Please for the love of god can you make adaptive stats consider stacks on dark seal? I'm tired of getting 15-25 AD and adaptive swapping to AD when Dark seal grants more AP by itself until I get more AP items.

Also every single champion select I have to keep rechoosing "Sort by favorites", it needs to save settings from previous champion select like skins/spells/runes. It's a heavily needed QoL fix.
