Currently the second best mage according to champion.gg. I don't even know if we should count Galio though, since almost no one plays him. I fear Riot will nerf her more at some point in the future.

Hige2 votesI think that's the power of magic crits, the one who shares this trait is Ryze who can do double damage after E, I think anivia does triple? it's crazy good either way because it's a TON of dmg and ryze has survived quite a lot of nerfs since his rework too lol

Similar to a Jhin vs Azir lane, you just waveclear for 25 minutes, both have 200 CS and are extremely fed off of that.
