We should make some of the multiplicative systems/interactions additive

For example, you should be getting flat power increases on unique passives rather than % power increases, or making earth, fire, water, dragon buffs flat instead of %.

This would probably help a lot with snowballing, as the objectives and other systems which act as multiplicative power increases actually benefit whoever is ahead more (and more likely to get them if they're exclusive or faster if they're not) than those who are behind.

If you've got a 50% crit chance behind the enemy ADC with more gold, and, 100% crit chance, then the multiplicative power increase of item 3031 actually gives the person ahead, with 100% crit chance a ~25% increase to their dps, but only about a 12.5% increase to the dps of the person who's behind. Similarly for lifesteal or atk spd.

Just to point it out, the passive on Infinity Edge gives a damage increase of .25 x crit chance. So at 100% crit chance, it's a 25% damage increase.

Oh, thx you're right, I was thinking of the listed % not the relative %.
