hardly means much. It's like saying omg amumu has good win rate since only low elo players play him and he's easy to play so its more likely to win so he must need nerfs! when he is actually garbage.

Except this isn't in low elo. The win rate I mentioned is for plat+ games.

plat is low elo. It's also a champion that when played in higher elo's its one trick ponys since its not a popular champ so they often do better than others.
