Should Katarina have resource management?

Yeah, she definitely needs something to keep her no-skill-required gameplay in check. A resource will separate the great Katarinas from the godly Katarinas.

They could make her Q restore Energy back if you proc all of them.

That's definitely a solid idea to keep her passive relevant. However, speaking of her passive, I think she should have a lower cooldown reduction for assists over kills, but that might just be me.

It wasnt as bad before the mana changes. Now she out sustains me everytime i see her

Her skills need some kind of limit, but resources isn't the option. Her entire play style revolves around getting resets with her passive and then doing her combo again. The only way this would work is with mana and if her passive also restored a good amount of mana.
