Does max% hp true damage. I'm not bothered that she can spam Q in multiple, quick succession, but what does bother me is that she can spam it endlessly. Her Q has such a low mana cost that she doesn't get punished for spamming it. She doesn't need her whole spell rotation because her q and vitals is all she needs. I have never seen a Fiora run out of mana ever.

Increase the mana cost on her Q so she actually has to try to manage.

I'm sure this thread has been made several times but damn it's annoying.
