@Meddler, Heimer?

I feel like he should have gotten some love in the mid season mage update or least in the low scope range. Is it because he's in a good spot? I rarely see Heimers in my games. Hell, Heimer barely ever sees tournament play. I would like to see this champion more. Everyone in the boards is always talking about Zed, Fizz, Ekko, etc. Leave some room for the donger.

It's like I have been saying for ages. They need to lower the damage on his turrets, but make them harder to kill. Take the damage reduction from the turrets and put it on the grenades. This would even his kit out and make him WAY less toxic since he would be much more skill shot based.

I really do think Heimer is bad. He's always been in a bad spot except when his rework was released, but a lot of people complained about him when he was at his most balanced state so now we have this nerfed cannon minion instead. He will never see tournament play at this rate. He might need another rework.

the only way heimerdinger can do good is by being a hyper splitpusher who demands attention from the entire enemy team because of how fast he will eat turrets if left to his own devices

which really isn't the most healthy gameplay

Heim has too much lane control with towers except for when there is a syndra in the game basically which is what will make it so he never gets buffed IMO

Make his turrets beefier late game. Let the mr and armor scale with his ap or mr and armor at least. I have never seen a Heimer do good.

Please no. I play him sometimes, but playing against him in top lane is literally my least favorite champ to play against.

Well, what happens if heimer gets strong is that melee laners get etched out, cause playing melee against a heim is the most cancer experience that this game can possibly offer, so long range mages and syndra become top dog mid lane, while gnar and maybe quinn start showing up more often top lane.

He just needs a few tweaks in his passive and his ult turret mostly. I've mentioned this on another post but I'll do it again:

  1. Make his passive scale up with either AP or HP, or his own base regen. And allow him to repair towers again, in the form of an ability like Azir's passive, with a cooldown. Restoring some health to the tower or something like that. If janna can shield towers i don't see why heimerdinger can't repair them.

  2. Give turrets back the old magic resist debuff with each attack, not necesarilly to 50 like it was before but 25 should be a solid number. Heimerdinger can't project his turrets, and right now turrets die easily. Fighting in Heimer's zone of control for too long should be punitive for the opponent.

  3. Turrets' health should scale with Heimerdinger's own health as well.

  4. Turrets should go invisible when deactivated.

  5. H-28Q Apex Turret should explode for big aoe damage when destroyed and it's slow should be increased to 50%. Right now it's very easy to deal with that thing.
