Singed is an example of a viable champion turned braindead OP

I still don't understand why he was changed the way he was at all. Singed was perfectly viable and everyone knew there was no way to make him easier to learn without making him completely broken.

I respected old singed players for the countless hours they put in, and how well they could execute a proper kite. Now when I see singed players I just laugh about how braindead easy of a champion he has become. Everything is spoon fed from the change to righteous glory, to the fact that his passive can stack up to 25 times. There are absolutely no mechanics or skill required to play him anymore he has become as easy as master yi or xin zhao.
