Can we please give Malz some QOL love?

When I E Kog'Maw and he dies, the visions don't pass, it just disappears because of his passive which sucks. So many teamfights lost/were dragged out because someone had a revive type passive or GA and it wouldn't pass the visions.

Also can we give his ult no cast time? So many times I'll ult a trist but because of my .1-.3 second cast time she can ult in time to knock me out while im ulting her.
