Feeding, running around doing nothing etc could be, but yeah. Not building an item regardless if that item is good or not in a matchup doesn't equal trolling. When I mid with Lux, I don't even buy it if Im ahead. I abuse my lead and buy other items. I see you have the lux icon, so surely you play her. You should try
