Can Yasuo still ult people with airborn jumps?

He cannot. Yasuo's ult can be cast when Yasuo, or one of his allies, moves an enemy champion, whether knockback or knockup. It can't however be used off effects that enemies use on themselves that put them into the air.

I've had a few times that I used Dark Flight as Aatrox and had a Yasuo jump me mid-flight.

Ever since then, I've been hesitant to use that ability around Yasuo.

What about Ziggs? I ask because his satchel seems like it could be an edge case

it actually did, there was a patch where quinn E was bugged (more than usual) and yasuo could ult her when she used it near him

considering how bugged yasuo's ult has been historically it isn't even surprising (rip the patch where he could ult while dead lol)
