Ghostcrawler - Most players playing ranked are still solo. _We were able to get more players to queue as premades, but they are still in the minority. _The premade penalty is still in place to try and make sure that premade groups don't have an unfair advantage, and as we said, we are looking at increasing that penalty. If you are fundamentally a solo player and have no interest in ever (or even very often) forming premades, that is fine. We still want you to have a good experience. You are still very important to us. We are just trying to provide more support to those players who do want to form premades, because there were a lot of systems working against them before.

Ghostcrawler - It's not a failure. When we poll players, the majority of them are in favor of it. It definitely has some problems. We did not launch it well and we did not follow it up with good messaging. But it wasn't a failure (the original Team Builder was closer, in that we ultimately concluded the best recourse was to turn it off). If it was a failure, this discussion would actually be a great deal easier, because we could just turn it off and go back to what we had before. This also isn't a case of majority rules, in that we're not asking players who dislike DQ to just suck it up. We're trying to solve the problems they have with it. We did look into supporting both queues at once (which is why we confusingly said we would bring soloq back), but unfortunately concluded that matchmaking would never work -- DQ would just always be starved of 1s and 2s, which it needs to function.
**Bro I'm not a mathematician or anything but if Dynamic Q can't work without Solo Q and most players are still playing Solo Q. Then how the fuck do you expect me to believe that the MAJORITY of players wanted Dynamic Q? Keep in mind some casuals just vote "yes" to change without even thinking about the consequences of them, it's the hardcore players that know shit **
