Can we just remove Ryze's Flux/Q bounce?

He never needed it in the first place.

By allowing him to brainlessly clear waves, you remove his early game weakness and give him the ability to control waves at his leisure.

If a champion is going to be as strong as Ryze, they need clear weaknesses, and one of his should be waveclear, much like before they started overloading the shit out of ADCs.
