I believe that this new feature only increases toxic behaviors and flame. Phrases like busted animal, noob, you are useless without being carried etc. will be in every game, even more then now, knowing the comunity. Do not tell me that in the riot team no one has never thought of this ..

That's what people said about the ranked border changes for division. They've likely thought about it, but decided the good outweighed the bad points.
