is not an ADC. He has no chance playing bottom lane against any champion with at least halfway decent range, which SURPRISE, is every ADC unless you run into the "once a blue moon" Teemo. I will be amazed if he has a winrate in bottom lane higher than 10%.
Time to man up Riot and admit you guys screwed the goat on this one and revert Morde to his prior build until you can actually rework him into something viable.
