illaoi is annoying early? I mean, every champion you listed there is only annoying if you have no concept of what they do or how much damage they can do.

The only champion listed there who really fits your criteria is Pantheon.
Darius' scaling is decent, Illaoi's is just dependent on her team's ability to set her up, Aatrox is just sort of bad all over, and Veigar's early game is bad and his late game is incredibly powerful so I don't know what the fuck you were doing bringing him up.
The vast majority of champions released this year are lategame monsters what are you even talking about
