So I was looking through all the buffs on Surrender at 20 and was wondering...
Who's terrible idea was it to buff Draven when he needs to be nerfed?

Draven as well as all of the ADC's I'd assume are being given about 5-10 base damage to their abilities because the Runes are removing the flat damage I'd assume. I believe they also said they're adding very small damage buffs to most champions on the Rune livestream showcase Riot did a few days ago.
Ok that makes sense.
Draven just got a really hard nerf 2 patches ago.
He's at the point now where if you don't snowball early game, you wont come back late game. Your passive becomes irrelevant because you lose stacks on death.
Best adc's right now would probably be Tristana.. and ezreal (just because of his jungle stint right now )
As a lanebully I think that's how he should be working to begin with
Unfortunately thats not healthy for the game or his character.
You can make a mistake at 5 minutes into the game, and feel the repercussions at 30 minutes more than ANY other champion. Give him a shot you'll see:P
