It is quite clear that there are design and kit issues with her current state. Most of.the community abhors her permanent stealth. Those that use her feel frustrated with the nerfs since it removes her assassination part of her being an assassin. A rework is necessary, and would serve to provide a fresh start on the champion, a chance to give her a backstory, and hopes for her to see practical usage.
ModAttysu The Poro1 votesI usually rush BORK + Hextech and gank heavily between bot/mid. When top needs help I usually TP. I think she Assassinates... okay, really. If I really wanted to be a roaming assassin I'd go mid and play Katarina though.
The problem with Eve is that she has no CC, her ult lost its % HP value (which all the new reworks/champs are getting for... some reason.) And all I can really commemorate her for is being a true hybrid IMO. I build Hybrid, and actually get decent results.
