I just dodged a game now I have to wait 5 minutes because of a Nami mid and support Tryndamere with exhaust and cleanse. What's even better? it's my promos so that dodge counted as a loss. I'm sick of getting punished because of these trolls and they always win, If I dodge I get punished they win, If I don't they get to play whatever they want and ruin the game for others and win. I'm all for off-meta picks but the picks that are not effective in any form doesn't work for me, it's ranked we are trying to win and not dick around. Please give us 2 free dodges of the day in ranked.

I feel that one free dodge would be nice...or atleast remove the bs series cancel

Well for example, people would not use these free dodges to dodge "trolls" since actual "trolls" are rather rare. Instead, people would use them to dodge unfavorable match-ups which then again would only increase your time in the champion select... and it already takes enough time to start being annoying.

2 dodges / day is quite much when you consider the fact that there are thousands upon thousands of unique players playing the game at the same time.

Also during the beta we used to have no dodge penalties and it was stupid. Hence, we have these penalties now.
