I imagine it like this:

Patch 6.4 notes

Zed's oppressive harass and ultimate nerfed. "Due to the outcry of the boards community we have have acknowledged that they are right and Zed is overpowered. An assassin shouldn't be able to 100-0 an immobile mage we just can't have that, his ultimate has absolutely no counterplay and Zed doesn't have to commit, and even though Zed's Q does 10% less damage from the his Living Shadow it's still to much. Based on the boards community's feedback, our balance team has compiled two fair changes that will make Zed balanced."

W-Living Shadow range reduced 700>250

New R-Death Mark Zed becomes untargetable for 0.2 seconds and dashed behind a target enemy champion. Upon arrival Zed is exhausted, the enemy champion is healed based on level, the enemy champion is shielded based on level, and all debuffs on the enemy champion are disabled. After Zed spawns a shadow at the cast location that last for 6 seconds, after 5 seconds Zed can reactivate Death Mark to blink back to the shadows location.

New Item "AD Assassins are currently too strong and AP mages need an item to to defend against them and be the AP equivalent of Maw of Malmortious" Cloak Of Deletion +120 Ability Power +300 Armor +500 Health Unique Active: This targeted ability disconnects a player from the game for 300 seconds if the primary or secondary attribute of their champion is marked "Assassin" (300 sec cooldown).

But seriously I'm glad Riot barely takes anything on here seriously

Tanks would never die. Mobility wouldn't exist. Mages would never be in danger. Turrets would take 5 people to kill and one shot anyone with agro. All abilities would be point and click. Games would go on for 2 hours. And no gold so no one gets any advantages, that way no one can snowball.

Tanks would be an OP class, Cinderhulk would be the only viable jungle item Zed and Lee Sin would be gutter trash. And every champions MS would be 200.

Holy shit. If the boards were in charge of balance, champions would get deleted and nerfed every other week until everyone's having wet noodle fights constantly. Team fights would take forever because no one would deal any damage, and games would stretch on until the freaking end of time as well.

The back and forth would just be perpetual BS because no one on the boards knows how this game works. It's too complex for many people to know that, and it's way too complicated to attain true balance. Then again, true balance doesn't matter to anyone but the pros; in normal gameplay in the community, we most certainly would find something to complain about if the game were 100% perfectly balanced. See the numerous examples about katarina and hiemer's win rates in the lcs compared to solo queue... etc, etc, this argument has been made before from this point on.

I would rather the game was like DOTA where carries could hard carry late game but basically auto-lose lane to early game champs.

Make the game more punishing of mistakes in general.

I think most people just want some numbers toned down a bit because they are frustrated with some champions. I honestly don't think it would be as extreme as your example.

Fizz received a Nerf every time he uses e it adds 2 seconds to the cooldown (no cap) amd when he lands he is stunned for 4 seconds also his shark give the enemy champion a zilean ult for 10 seconds

Turrets damage: increase 200% after each shot

Turret shots now ignore 100% of units armor

Each shot has 300% increased projectile speed

Targeting: turrets now target whichever champion the Allied champion clicks on (similar to Heimer turrets AI)

I want to say if they did this just for 1 patch, I would stay and laugh my ass off at the idiots realize how much they don't know about balance.

If they were to keep it this way I actually would pack up and leave because a game run by these boards is not fun.

Patch 6.5 notes LeeSin Lee Sin Q range down. W no longer works on wards. Ultimate no longer does damage due to its utility. Movespeed reduced.

W- Safeguard REMOVED: Ward hopping

R: Dragon's Rage Collision Damage: 200 / 400 / 600 (+ 200% bonus AD) (+ 12 / 15 / 18% of kicked target's bonus health) -> No longer deals damage to targeted champion and targets in its path.

Movement speed: 350 -> 125

Items NEW Dorans condom item 1056 Starting item for mages who lack armor

"Because of how weak mages are currently, we have given them a new starting item with a little armor and health to survive the oppressive laning phases of AD based assassin champions such as Zed and Yasuo."

TOTAL COST: 350 gold ABILITY POWER: 20 + increases by 15 for every assassin on the enemy team MANA REGEN: 100% base mana ARMOR: 75 HEALTH: 500 UNIQUE PASSIVE: When struck by AD damage, you become temporarily invulnerable for 5 seconds. Enemy champions that fall under the assassin class that attempt to damage you have their AD permanently reduced by 20.
