I've seen something similar to what you're saying on the Alpha client. The only clickable option for now was just the play button but I did see "Cosmetics" on that list. The client is down and will be for a little while so I'm sorry I can't provide a screenshot or anything. BUT. Don't worry. It'll come in the foreseeable future. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

If you email support about it, they will send you an email stating how much money you've spent on this game.
My wallet cried when I got that email.
Yeah and we can only view skins that are purchaseable in the shop, I mean sometimes I just want to examine some nice and rare skins even if I can't buy them

That's already in the game, it's called the Skin tab of the store.
