Teemo has always been a stupid champ. Even when he isn't fed he never fails to do tons of damage somehow. In one of my games a few days ago I got fed as Master Yi but somehow a Teemo (can't remember which team he was on) who was like 2 and 12 did more than me (we also had 2 infernal drakes in that game btw). Teemo has no skillshots in his kit so all of his abilities have zero counterplay, and it seems dark harvest has really pushed him over the edge. Plz nerf this cancer Riot. He's only going to get worse with the death's dance buff.

they mini reworked DD to heal off of ALL damage, thats what the OP is referring to.

i dont think teemo really will even bother with DD he does better with AP and to sink 3500 g for the passive of healing on damage is alot for a champ that scale better with other items

I don't understand how the data from one site can be so different from another. Regardless of what his actual numbers are, I think we can all agree dark harvest is pretty disgusting on Teemo.

Dark harvest was nerfed.

dark harvest just got nerfed again

Dark Harvest Base damage decreased. Can't proc off other procs.

We followed up 8.23 with a few quick nerfs to Dark Harvest's damage, and 8.24 brings another. We're shaving off baseline strength, particularly in the early game, to ensure Dark Harvest's performance relies on how effectively its users can stack it up. On that note, we're also making it harder to stack by removing its proc-off-proc cases, which actually makes the premise a bit more clear: If your target's below the threshold before you hit them, you'll get a stack. BASE DAMAGE 40-80 (lv 1-18) ⇒ 20-60 (lv 1-18) PROC MODEL Can no longer proc off other procs (ex. Scorch, Liandry's Torment) aside from Luden's Echo, whose effect is built to behave like a separate ability Mid-Patch 8.23 Balance Updates These changes shipped partway through last patch and are already live!
