The game has been balanced like a pencil on your finger

For a brief moment, at the start of the game it's fair, and then the smallest of forces causes it break equilibrium. Without instantaneous correction of the mistake, the game becomes even more unstable, until it's impossible to return to a standing position.

All of these methods of trying to make them game more dynamic only work from the initial starting point of an even game, yet due to champion disparity (the natural one which just comes with power creep) and an over abundance of extremely influential game mechanics, it becomes a very rare occurrence that you'd actually have an even game when attempting to take objectives.
