Who else thinks that Vladimir is still broken?

Vladimir

Due to so high pick rate in recent LCK/LPL/LCS followed by a more than 80% win rate, it's obvious that recent nerfs didn't fix how strong, I would say, overpowered champion this is.

Can we PLEASE stop comparing the most coordinated teams of the very best players in the game to our normal games?

"80% winrate" translates to 46% win rate in our games lol

Let's not mix up the top of competitive play with the rankeds that we play. His winrate is currently 44% in ranked according to op.gg. He needs a team that can play in favour of him has enough cc to lock down the enemy for Vladimir's damage. An LCS team has everything that is good for Vlad they can both peel for and are able him apply cc for his combos to finish. This needs great synergy with the team and some really nice cooperation.

In rankeds you never even get close to an lcs level of teamwork. Teammates won't teamfight to feed you. Everyone wants kills. Also in ranked most of the people build damage over tankiness/cc enabler items. Your enemies can put out a great damage without your team peeling like an lcs game.

I never understood how people watch lcs and draw conclusions for ranked play. It's really stupid.

He has nerfs coming now due to the next patch being focused around competitive play. Even Riot tells you that LCS and ranked/everyday League are completely different things to balance.

Frankly, I don't like the way they took his rework period. For me, however, it's not that he's broken. Nor do I ever give a yiff when I see youtubers whining "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG BROOOOOOOKEN". As far as I am concerned, the new Vlad is underwhelming as well as just someone I don't care to fight.

Thanks to the changes in his E, his laning is weak in terms of sustained combat, the minions send their kindest regards, while thanks to his change in Q, his poke is overbearing along with his ability to stay in lane. It feels like his kit is disjointed, whereas old Vlad had a fluid game play and that is why I consider his rework to be a disappointment as well as just downright underwhelming.
