Why the hell are bruisers allowed to have a stat line like THIS

Hp - 3500 Ad - 400+ Armor - 200+ Mr - 200+ Ms - 500+ Tenacity - upwards of 80

Seriously? This is all before the utility built into their items. That’s a absolutely stupid amount of stats.
