100% Penetration build?

It is possible to reach 100% AD/AP? If so, its actually viable to use?

Actually I had enough armor one time to reduce theirs by ~65 armor with W. that probably lowered their armor to 0 haha.

MonkeyKing can get close.

Q- 30% item 3071 - 30% Ferocity Mastery- 7% item 3036 - Bonus Armor 45%

That's nearing 100%. 67% normal plus 45% bonus is pretty good. Not to mention you can get more through other Armor Pen items. The best part about Wukong with this is he doesn't lose all that mucj survivability since he is already getting a large amount of armor and magic resist from his passive and a runes and some of these items will give you health. Basically, Wukong is the go to if you want lots of armor penetration.

I don't think 100% AP is possible at the moment. Something around maybe 57% or so I think is possible plus flat, but 100% is not achievable.

In all seriousness no.

Best you can do is runes and masteries...

AD: BC, Whispers, ghost blade, maw, the new drekthar,

AP: Sorc, voidstaff, liandries, abyssal scepter

Now if you do all of this, you'll probably be dealing true damage to a squishy maybe or pretty damn close but you'll lose a lot of flat damage and survivability in doing so.
