riot does the complete opposite to what we want. i want riot to remove surr votes and ban people for going afk and bringing back chat restrictions.

Surrender votes exist for those who hates having to suffer a match where there's vast difference of teamkills like 2 vs 50.

There's AFK cases due to having a power cut, unexpected slow wifi & etc. Not all AFK were done intentionally, so this punishment you're trying to imply is too risky & strict.
Is it true surrender votes are being pushed back to 10 minutes with a 4-1 vote? Thank fuck. I'm tired of games being decided by the 6 minute mark and having to wait out an extra 14 because one asshole decides to hold the rest of the team hostage.
Majority of team should be 3 players NOT TWO always the 2 duo's that hold game hostage
