Why is Sylas's winrate so low?
I've played against plenty of them and know why he's considered OP by some by why is his win rate so low?

Because he isn't as strong as people make him out to be and people only remember their experiences against the ones that stomp.
He's hard to play
Easy to jump in without thinking, similar to Yas.
You need to know the interactions between your enemies ultis and teammates kits, plus account for how his R builds its scaling.
