is cheap and ridiculous on an adc. My thoughts were that if you don't have armor pen, than you won't be dealing that much damage, but now that I think about it rune changes got rid of some of the early tank that we desperately needed. Also it's cheap that's the problem there.
Well I Say I Win1 votesI think the bigger problem is that it's so easy to build. Not even that it's cheap. Zeal = easiest ADC item to build, + 1400 cost to finish? That's basically a strong upgrade on every back, unless you're feeding. Even then you can build 2x daggers and then the combine cost is 800, which is piss easy to amass.

is far stronger than an ADC with just an ,ADC power is multiplicative,its true,but still you need at least those 3 items to compete with a Mage since building just Doesnt give you any AS and % Crit is just not enough to make a lot of difference,Also not sure why are you all bitching on the forums about Crit items when strongest ADCs at the moment

I bet once the general population of the boards realize this it's going to be complaining about lethality on ADCs all over again, quite funny
