Sunfire Cape is finally in the same stat class as Dead Man's Plate!

Runeglaive is being changed again, now to be a version of Luden's Echo. The higher price of the jungle items and the mana restore only being in the jungle means that it should be staying out of lane. Riot has learned form Runeglaive and did it right this time.

Fiddlesticks had his ult cooldown lowered, making him better at ganking. Combined with the much more useful jungle item, he will become much more relevant.

Trundle thankfully got nerfed, so he shouldn't be so oppressive.

Gangplank also got nerfed, which seems unnecessary, by making his barrels work similarly to Last Whisper in that tbe armor penetration only works on bonus armor.

These changes are pretty conservative, but they are taking an excellent direction.

50 armor/ 500 health? yes they are in the same STAT class, although they serve two different purposes. and dead man's plate tends to be a lot more useful than sunfire cape's, so it is almost always built while sunfire cape tends to be neglected. at least now you choose between passives instead of raw stats
