Cooldown now starts after you've attacked twice or buff falls off.

R - Behind Enemy Lines:
New passive effect: Increases Blinding Assault's damage by 10/20/30% Total AD
Essentially, lowering her waveclear potential a bit and shifting a bit of power from the early into the later stages of the game. Because I recognize that playing against her in lane can be a tad oppressive.

I'd remove her hopping passive entirely (because thematically it makes no sense) and then balance the rest of her kit around that.
Then she becomes 95% less annoying.

We might as well remove Jhin's entire kit, because how does sniping have to do with perfecting death? What does a moon worshiper have to do with tons of hopping? I get the pull, like a gravitational pull, but a crescent skillshot, or repeated dashes, or a shield? What if they removed all that and replaced it with a kit like Nocturne's or something? What about Warwick? What does being a werewolf have to do with healing a ton? What if they removed that?
I'd get nerfing her, but to remove her passive is just biased and salt-induced.
Lugg3 votes should only be able to ult people that he knocked up. He is WAY too strong when paired with someone like Malphite.

About Katarina, no matter how "weak" she is (and she's quite weak right now), she makes the game extremely irritating. Quite like Zed, actually. It's not that either champ is broken, it's just that champ with blinks, super high damage and good mobility pretty much always stays relevant and annoying. i believe it should not be like that - true to the "assassin" role, the champs should be actually useless instead of just "squishier". They're gods when they're ahead, so no reason to put in so many buffers for them when they're behind.
Thresh, Ali and Blitz are literally just too tanky early. Thresh has too much HP and passive stacks really easily, Ali sustains himself and ADC for ages, Blitz has good armor values to begin with and the passive shield on top. All of them are super safe as well, unlike, for example, Leona who has to go in balls deep, or Braum who is forced to melee range to proc passive. Safe champs should be squishier, unsafe - tanky, at least in my humble opinion.
The rest I don't want to comment on, simply because anyone who plays the game should know why they're disguisting to play against.

She had been top 5 winrate for ages though. And the problem isn't really Kat's ult, it's her ability to go in and instakill low HP hp champs in like 0.5s AND get out safely OR keep killing. And she is NOT that squishy, it takes about 2 rotations from a non-super fed champ to kill her. She is about as healthy as Talon, in fact, but Talon has to go in balls deep to do his job while she has a blink and a reset for it to run away. No risk high reward compared to Talon.. I don't find that to acceptable at all. Just like Zed who can ult and shadow out. It should be either risk or reward, not both at once.
Oh well, if they buff her, at least I'll have 60% chance to not see her in my games. And even higher chance if my teammates are wise. Godbless new ban system.
SnugglePuggle941 votesI can delete a Kat in one rotation with Diana, even if I'm not fed. If Kat jumps in when people are not low, that's her mistake because she easily dies. She has to wait until the tanks and ADC peel some health off before going in. If she doesn't get her resets she CAN'T get out, unlike Zed who can. Zed is no risk high reward.

When Irelia buys Merc Treads she gets less value out of them than any other champion. Tenacity stacks multiplicatively, which means Irelia's passive makes her lose 40% of the Tenacity from Merc Treads. This means that she only achieves 58% tenacity in the stacked case, meaning the Merc Treads are only actually giving her 18% CC reduction, less than Merc's currently give every other champ in the game, and they're considered garbage right now.
Tenacity is actually a terrible stat to build on Irelia.

Nidalee actually takes skill to play (although Zed takes some, not saying he doesn't have any), but she has a longer range skillshot and you have to know how to combo quickly with her cougar.
Zed? Just shadow in, ult, Q combo whatever, shadow out and you get a kill without fear of dying....[slayer-jinx-unamused]

I did say "if the enemy knows how to play her well". If you watch alot of challenger games, Nidalee is praticallly pick/ban and makes playing anything out of meta impossible because they can just pick her, or Elise.
