Phase rush kind of completely removes vlad weaknesses in lane

Also he shouldnt be able to cast/hold his E while in his pool, that shit is not balanced.

Mordepool2 votesYou can deny him the proc you know. Or you can let him proc and all in him while its on CD. I find these options work better than asking for nerfs on the boards
