Stupid nerfs to teleport.

Why did they think this was necessary? If a normal game on average is about 25-30 minutes, that means i can only teleport 4-5 times per game, as an oppose to 8-10 times. They've basically made teleport a bad pick in top lane and have forced people to take summoner 14 summoner 3
