How to balance ranked play and diversity

Make ranked Nemesis draft simple as that

how much more balance can you get in LCS and general games than -no control of your champ -you get to decide who you play against -no 100% assurance that the enemy will give you a "meta-comp" forcing people to look twords to avenues of winning (because what will you do if they give you five ADC's? no jungler, no ap they just build armor, no heals or tanks, how will you win?)

It would also prevent troll picks because you cant pick your own champ so they cant say "karthus jungle or feed" they might feed cus they suck at a champ but they have no control >:D
