Is Ekko really that bad?

I don't think I've had too much trouble with Ekko in my past games, it was always Zed or Yasuo

I mean his ultimate catches you off guard but everything else he does is so predictable, it's impossible to get hit. Q takes a long time to move towards you and so does his E. His roll, W, aka phase dive also shouldn't be able to hit you unless you make a mistake.
