Could we consider changing viktors W now that his winrate is garbo?
His W feels like his worst ability, not because its bad stun but because it feels like it takes too long to proc.
No one falls for the old Viktor stands in the W you jump on him and get stunned trick any more.
It feels garbage in laning phase IMO.
ults you you place it down, you die before it even procs on him.
You play against a

you place it down and they simply walk out of it then press R on you.
It feels too slow to be good, the AOE is nice but there are millions of better CCs out there.
Maybe make his abilities apply W stacks so it stuns faster.
Currently the way it works is his W applies a stack every half a second and at 3 stacks the enemys stunned for 1.5 seconds.
