Sightstone and a sugestion

Since ruby sightstone is considered a waste of espace, why don't make it act like a raptor smite buff? You have the charges for the wards like the sightstone, plus the raptor passive that actives if a ward is near, with a cooldown of X. Since the raptor buff is a trigerred effect, it can coexist with the wards charges. It makes it useful, relevant, and can slip away from the cookie cutter builds.
