Wait..... a Second buff to Ultimate Hunter?

On PBE right now.....

Ultimate hunter is now 5-25% Ult cooldown reduction.... (5 + 4% per stack)

Even when it was on Sorcery it was only 20% potential max..... and that was considered so powerful that in Domination's incarnation it was chipped down to 2% per stack, for a total of 15% when fully stacked.

Now we're spiking it in 2 consecutive patches to 25%?

And you guys wondered why they were nerfing Zed..... (Every single Domination change over the last 6 months has been to favor Zed; Converting Electrocute into Thunderlord's Decree, Ultimate Hunter move to Domination, increased Sudden Impact Lethality, Poro/Ward buffs of Bonus stats).

I mean..... it's not exclusive to Zed, but he uses it the best because of how his cooldowns and energy gain is constructed.

It's certainly not a rune anymore.....

I guess Riot really wants people to spam ults the entire game.

(I'm really thinking about picking up Lux and pairing Ultimate hunter with her own innate Ult cooldown buffs.... just to spam buff Dark Harvest)

I'm not even going to ask what they are thinking about Transcendence's buff either...... I can pull 80% overcapped CDR on a viable build..... welcome home 240 free AP!

I think I'll dig out of her closet too..... as she is the best user of BOTH of these runes.
