Back in 5.12 we buffed both Braum's mana cost and damage on Q. He's now looking a bit strong, so we're pulling back on the Q buff (restoring the cost to its pre 5.12 values).

Braum makes more of a difference in high level play.

you mean the bounces between tier 1and tier 2 reliable/prefered pick support thresh with a 48.28% win rate? Or the imaginary one in your head that auto win hard carries every game hes in with a 90% win rate vs you?

I went against a top lane Braum as Kassadin once. He killed me twice just from his base damages.
