Has anyone else noticed that Graves is OP again

He's a popular pick at the moment because of how popular dive comps are (his smokescreen lets him escape, he's more durable than most ADCs, and he does more damage to nearby targets) and the popularity of squishy supports (such as Janna).

He's a good pick in the current meta, but it doesn't mean that he is overpowered.

He is not op. It's just he is finally useable again. He does what hes good at, early game trading and manmode dive style which is favored right now.

and are really good right now, we just need to get into the mix now.
