But i dont like the 2 seconds nerfs on E at rank 5....riot really hate that skill....that skill have recieve like 6 nerfs

FULL AD xin is strong but useless special in the league of mobility and CC without tenacity
But with that new buff he would be good after 20 lol

royalpaste1 votessince xin will build rage blade 90% of the time. he will heal for 56 (without base heal) with just rage blade every third hit. late game with rageblade, BoTRK and sated devour, xin will become a god. switch out BoTRK with gunblade and xin will become pure cancer. that damage increase is huge gonna make xin really irritating
