Kindred's future? Any Rioter?

Is there any Rioter who can give us any information about Kindred's future? I expected to see some Kindred buffs this patch but nothing happened. Really, that champion is so fun and unique, its sad that shes in a can. She's so weak for how risky her passive really is. It encourages counterjungling yet Kindred isn't any good for counterjungling, especially early/mid game when pretty much every single jungler can kill her. Just take a look at Shaco, he is a counterjungler and when theres enemy Shaco, as a jungler you have to play around him early game to mahe sure he aint honna steal anythinh while you can completelly ignore Kindred and easily counterjungle her in her own jungle.
