Rengar REALLY needs a Nerf!!!!!

Ok so I know alot of my posts on this forum have been complaints but they are for good reasons and bugs that are problematic. But this seriously needs to be explained to me HOW this is balanced. I wish i had video of this match! I was playing a ranked match I was against and bot lane vs me and So bot lane went pretty good for me I had 4 kills 1 death. Rengar had 1 kill 2 death and Ashe had 2 death so me and Thresh did really good bot lane. So eventually as i played I was 10-1 such a very good kd for a ranked match when suddenly I see a rengar ult and am one shotted! Ok...I think as i shake it off maybe i took damage from someone else. I look at Rengars build and ok so there is no way Rengar was the only one that killed me so I proceed to try and win the ranked match. When suddenly we are in a team fight I am Jinx far back behind everybody when 1 get shotted again! No mistake it was Rengar iv'e seen no assassin drop me that fast! I was dropped faster than Trayvon Martin...Ok thats messed up. But so i say to Rengar and so that's balanced? Which he replies "Don' bitch that there's no counter play". After a couple minutes i look at my deaths im now 10-9 and Rengar now suddenly has 9 kills...ALL HIS KILLS WERE FROM ME! Gnar then says "Jinx quit feeding" On paper I was feeding but what i was actually doing was farming right under tower getting cs and avoiding team fights at this point. "This draws the line" I thought as I purchase before I join the team fight again being once again in the very back to the far far left there was a bush. He again gets the push leap bursts me didn't give me the defense to live! So I revive and instantly flash out of the chaos barely surviving the encounter partially relieved before I get the familiar "!" and my life is over. Rengar had only 2 items and and one goal to permanently keep me useless in the match this was about 20 minutes in the match. I could possibly understand if he was fed with a full Bonetooth necklace. But this is a Rengar who played poorly in beginning and got fed off me even though i was 10-0 with 2 more items over him. Just because he knew he had an idea of what assassins are supposed to target. Those of you who say he has counters and counterplay "He's hard to use" These are not legitimate excuses. I have never been bursted without having any counter play that hard in my life by anybody not any assassin! Sure there are other broken champs right now such as those who abuse devour and those who just win trades easily and take no damage but if anything RENGAR needs SERIOUS consideration about fixing this god forsaken problem. Ty for reading this long ass post. I'm Pretty sure Riot won't care to read it.
